A next generation AI-native social space
Sponic Gardens is a new category: a destination social venue anchored on botanical engineering, integrating fitness, a thermal complex, food service, gardens, a maker studio, and an apothecary into one warehouse-greenhouse hybrid in Warsaw. First doors open July 2026.
You're not finishing a developer's punch list. You're physically translating 3D Blender renders into cedar, glass, copper, soil, and steam — for a space that 250 people a day will live, sweat, eat, and grow plants in.
Real craft, real space
This isn't drywall and grid ceilings. Raised beds, glass-walled saunas, vertical growing rigs, hot tub plumbing.
Build from zero
You start at empty warehouse and finish at members walking through the door. Every square meter is yours to shape.
4-person team
You + the AI engineer + the Events Manager + the Founder. Everyone builds, everyone decides.
Real budget for tools
Tools, materials, and the help you need to do the build properly — not the cheapest way out.
You make the space real
You work from 3D Blender renders and architectural plans, and you're comfortable improvising when reality doesn't match the model. Carpentry, plumbing, greenhouse work, basic electrical — all of it on a warehouse-scale floor.
What you'll build
- Garden infrastructure — raised cedar beds, vertical growing walls, hydroponic bay framing, greenhouse structures
- The thermal complex — sauna builds, cold-plunge and hot-tub plumbing, steam room tiling and waterproofing
- Food hall + fitness studios — vendor stations, communal dining, bamboo flooring, mirrors, equipment rigs
- Warehouse renovation — partition walls, electrical runs, lighting rigs, acoustic panels, string-light canopies
- Translation work — Blender render in, physical build out. You can see it in 3D and build it in wood.
What we're looking for
- Carpentry and general construction — you can frame, finish, and fix
- Plumbing basics — enough to install pools, drains, and water features
- Experience with greenhouse or agricultural structures — growing environments have unique requirements
- Basic electrical — running cable, installing fixtures, working safely around water
- Read architectural plans and 3D renders — Blender in, build out
- Warehouse or commercial renovation experience — you've worked in large open spaces before
- Physical fitness and hands-on mentality — this is real building work, every day
- Polish + conversational English (or strong motivation to get there)
Nice to have
- Sauna or spa construction — cedar work, ventilation, heat management
- Familiarity with Polish building codes and permit processes
- Woodworking and furniture making — custom benches, planters, communal tables
Who You'll Be Working With
Four people, one warehouse, one deadline. Here's your team.
Sonia — Founder
Created the concept and is building from zero. On tools alongside you when it matters, sourcing materials, managing permits, and making sure you have what you need.
Agentic Engineering Architect
Wires sensors into the cedar you build, automates the irrigation you plumb, and builds the dashboards that keep the space running after you've built it.
Events & Marketing Manager
Plans launch night around your food hall, programs workshops in your studios, and photographs the build for the story they're telling.
Your work outlasts everyone's
Most construction work disappears into a building someone else takes credit for. Here, the cedar bench you build is the one members sit on for the next ten years. The sauna you frame is the one people first plunge into on opening night. The walls of the food hall, the gravity-fed irrigation in the apothecary, the rigging on the dance studio mirrors — all of it, yours.
You'll work alongside the engineer wiring sensors into your cedar, the events manager planning launch night around your food hall, and the founder who'll be on tools next to you when it matters.
How We Work
A startup founding team. Not a job, a stake. Everything is up for negotiation, including what you read on this site.
Small team, full ownership
Everyone builds. Everyone decides. No tickets routed to a manager.
Open to pivots
Plans are commitments to think, not to a path. When the data says something different, we change course.
Ship, measure, iterate
Days, not months. Done is better than perfect. We earn the right to polish by getting something real in front of members.
Honest about stage
Pre-product, pre-revenue, pre-venue. We tell everyone the same story. Building in public.
