A next generation AI-native social space
Sponic Gardens is a new category: a destination social venue anchored on botanical engineering with AI-optimized operations integrating fitness, food service, thermal wellness, an apothecary, a maker studio, and a community of givers. The Warsaw prototype opens July 2026.
The technology is real and the building is real, but the experience is what people will remember. That's your domain.
Real community to grow
64 founding members get their first experience free. Make it unforgettable, and they tell the next 1,000.
Brand from zero
No deck to inherit, no agency to manage around. Voice, visual language, and feel — all yours to define.
4-person team
You + the AI engineer + the Builder + the Founder. Everyone builds, everyone decides.
A venue worth posting about
Glass-walled saunas, plant-canopied dining, AI-curated soundscapes. Content writes itself when the space is real.
You build the human side
Launch events, weekly programming, the founding-member experience, private gatherings on the 7th day, social storytelling, partnerships with Warsaw's wellness and creative scenes. You're the bridge between what we build and the people who come to experience it.
What you'll own
- Launch events, weekly programming, workshops, and private 7th-day gatherings
- Social media and content — tell the story of building something from nothing. Authentic, not polished.
- The founding-member experience — 64 members, first visit free, every detail considered
- Partnerships and sponsorships — local wellness brands, food vendors, fitness instructors, musicians
- Brand identity — voice, visual style, community guidelines, the feeling people get when they walk in
What we're looking for
- Event planning and production — you've run events from concept to cleanup
- Social media and content creation — you know what works on Instagram, TikTok, and what's coming next
- Community building — you've grown a real community, not just an audience
- Partnership development — you can walk into a room and leave with a collaboration
- Experience in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands — you understand the space and the people in it
- Polish + conversational English (or strong motivation to get there)
Nice to have
- Photography and videography — you can shoot and edit in the field
- Membership / club operations — retention, engagement, churn fundamentals
- An existing network in Warsaw's creative, wellness, or startup scene
Who You'll Be Working With
Four people, one warehouse, one deadline. Here's your team.
Sonia — Founder
Created the concept and is building from zero. On partner calls alongside you, reviewing your brand work, and making sure you have the budget and access to make it happen.
Agentic Engineering Architect
Builds the tooling that measures what's actually working — not vanity metrics. Ships the member apps your community will use daily.
Construction Builder
Constructs the rooms you'll program, the food hall you'll launch in, and the spaces your events will fill. Your content starts with their craft.
You'll design the launch most marketers only get to dream about
Most marketing jobs are about adding incrementally to something that already exists. This one is the opposite — you're defining the brand, the rituals, the opening night, the 7th-day gatherings, and the community charter from a blank page, for a space that genuinely has no peer in the city.
Your AI-engineer teammate is building tooling that lets you measure what's actually working — not vanity metrics. Your builder teammate is constructing the rooms you'll program. The founder is on calls with Warsaw partners alongside you. You're not running a marketing function for someone else's product; you're co-founding the side of the company that decides what the place feels like.
How We Work
A startup founding team. Not a job, a stake. Everything is up for negotiation, including what you read on this site.
Small team, full ownership
Everyone builds. Everyone decides. No tickets routed to a manager.
Open to pivots
Plans are commitments to think, not to a path. When the data says something different, we change course.
Ship, measure, iterate
Days, not months. Done is better than perfect. We earn the right to polish by getting something real in front of members.
Honest about stage
Pre-product, pre-revenue, pre-venue. We tell everyone the same story. Building in public.
