Sponic Gardens is a new category: a destination social venue anchored on botanical engineering with AI-optimized operations integrating fitness, food service, thermal wellness, and community. We're building the Warsaw prototype for July 2026.
We're looking for three founding team members who want to build from zero. No corporate playbook, no established templates. You'll shape everything — from the physical space to the digital platform to the community culture. If you thrive in ambiguity and get energy from creating things that don't exist yet, keep reading.
These are founding roles, not job postings. You're joining a 4-person team where everyone builds, everyone decides, and the work is the reward. Warsaw. Pre-launch. Full commitment. All roles require conversational English or a strong motivation to get there.
AI Vibe Code Engineer
🧠 The AI Platform Builder
You build the intelligence layer that makes Sponic Gardens alive. Sensor integration, automation pipelines, music and sound systems, plant monitoring dashboards, member experience apps. You're a vibe coder — you use AI tools to ship fast and build things that feel magical.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the AI operations platform — sensor data ingestion, environmental automation, real-time dashboards
- Design and ship member-facing apps — onboarding, booking, garden tracking, community features
- Integrate IoT sensors across the venue — soil, temperature, humidity, air quality, occupancy, PAR/lux
- Build the music and sound automation — AI-curated playlists, zone-based audio, crowd energy detection
- Rapid prototyping — prove out ideas in days, not months. Ship, measure, iterate
What We're Looking For
- You build with AI — Claude, Cursor, Copilot are your daily tools, not novelties
- Full-stack fluency — TypeScript, React, Python. You can build a dashboard and a data pipeline in the same afternoon
- Real-time data experience — Supabase, edge functions, websockets, streaming architectures
- Comfort with hardware — you've connected a sensor, flashed firmware, or wired something that wasn't meant to be wired
- Curiosity about music tech — spatial audio, generative music, or sound design excites you
- Self-directed — you don't wait for tickets. You see problems and build solutions
- Polish + conversational English — or strong motivation to get there
Nice to Have
- Plant science, agricultural technology, or controlled environment growing
- Music production, audio engineering, or experience with Ableton/Max
- Previous startup experience — you've built something from zero before
Construction Builder
🏗️ The Space Maker
You turn a raw warehouse into a living, breathing garden venue. Raised cedar beds, square saunas with glass windows, cold plunge plumbing, food hall buildout, fitness studios with bamboo floors — you physically construct the spaces our members will use every day. You work from 3D renders and architectural plans, and you're comfortable improvising when reality doesn't match the model.
Key Responsibilities
- Build garden infrastructure — raised beds, vertical growing walls, hydroponic bay framing, greenhouse structures
- Construct the thermal complex — sauna builds, cold plunge and hot tub plumbing, steam room tiling and waterproofing
- Build out the food hall and fitness studios — vendor stations, communal dining, flooring, mirrors, equipment rigs
- Warehouse renovation — partition walls, electrical runs, lighting rigs, acoustic panels, string light canopies
- Work from Blender 3D renders and floor plans — translate digital designs into physical builds
What We're Looking For
- Carpentry and general construction — you can frame, finish, and fix
- Plumbing basics — enough to install pools, drains, and water features
- Experience with greenhouse or agricultural structures — growing environments have unique requirements
- Basic electrical — running cable, installing fixtures, working safely around water
- Ability to read architectural plans and 3D renders — you can see a Blender render and build it
- Warehouse or commercial renovation experience — you've worked in large open spaces before
- Physical fitness and hands-on mentality — this is real building work, every day
- Polish + conversational English — or strong motivation to get there
Nice to Have
- Sauna or spa construction experience — cedar work, ventilation, heat management
- Familiarity with Polish building codes and permit processes
- Woodworking and furniture making — custom benches, planters, communal tables
Events & Marketing Manager
🌱 The Community Grower
You build the human side of Sponic Gardens. Launch events, weekly programming, the founding member experience, private gatherings on the 7th day, social media storytelling, partnerships with Warsaw's wellness and creative communities. You're the bridge between what we build and the people who come to experience it.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and produce launch events, weekly programming, workshops, and private 7th-day gatherings
- Own social media and content — tell the story of building something from nothing. Authentic, not polished
- Cultivate the founding member community — 64 founding members get their first experience free. Make it unforgettable
- Build partnerships and sponsorships — local wellness brands, food vendors, fitness instructors, musicians
- Own the brand identity — voice, visual style, community guidelines, the feeling people get when they walk in
What We're Looking For
- Event planning and production — you've run events from concept to cleanup
- Social media and content creation — you know what works on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Community building — you've grown a real community, not just an audience
- Partnership development — you can walk into a room and leave with a collaboration
- Experience in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands — you understand the space and the people in it
- Polish + conversational English — or strong motivation to get there
Nice to Have
- Photography and videography — you can shoot and edit content in the field
- Experience with membership or club models — retention, engagement, churn
- An existing network in Warsaw's creative, wellness, or startup scene
